Central Clinic Athens had the honor of attending the 1st Healthy Longevity Forum, which took place on 18 November 2025 with in-person participation and was organized by the Hellenic Institute for Healthy Longevity.

At Central Clinic Athens, Dr. Papagiannopoulos’ vision focuses on the continuous enhancement of patient care through holistic practices, an emphasis on prevention, and the application of evidence-based medicine. The Clinic consistently invests in modern medical technologies, comprehensive health services, and initiatives that promote healthy longevity and quality of life.

The Forum highlighted four fundamental pillars:

  • Holistic Care: balance of physical, mental, and social health.

  • Prevention: nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management as core “tools” for longevity.

  • Scientific Evidence: the need for modern, proven clinical practices.

  • Equity: equal access to healthcare services and proper information for all.

The event brought together leading experts in health and longevity, including Professor George P. Chrousos, Dr. Michael Papacharalambous, Professor Andrea B. Maier, and many other scientists who play a key role in shaping the modern science of longevity.

During the presentations, experts emphasized that:

  • “Longevity is not only about the number of years lived, but the quality of those years.”

  • “Prevention is a cornerstone of modern medicine, not an optional practice.”

  • “A holistic approach is essential — the body, psychology, and lifestyle function inseparably.”

The presence of Central Clinic Athens at the Forum reaffirms its commitment to staying at the forefront of scientific knowledge and applying practices that enhance health, longevity, and overall patient well-being.
